Under no circumstances should lighter fluid or any other igniting fluid be used

Relocate Burning Tray
As soon as fire gains momentum and is burning robustly, use metal tongs to relocate the burning tray to the left side of the oven, positioning it directly over the fire bricks. Use the tongs to introduce an additional piece of wood to the fire.

Position Oven Door
